We started Phoenix because we were tired of watching Houston businesses get burned by IT partners who only showed up when something broke. We built the company we wished we'd worked for.
What we believe
IT should be invisible. The best managed service is one you don't think about — it just works, the bills are predictable, and when something does go wrong there's a real person on the other end of the phone who already knows your setup.
What matters to us is whether your technician understands your environment, communicates clearly, and remembers your name when you call.
How we work
Flat-rate plans are designed to make technology support easier to budget and easier to use. The goal is for you to call when you need help, not worry about every conversation.
We don't do break/fix for managed clients. There's no financial incentive for us to have something go wrong. We get paid the same whether your network is humming or on fire.
Where we work
Our office is on Travis Street in Midtown. We serve Houston businesses and surrounding communities with remote assistance and onsite support when the work needs to happen at your location.
